Returns Policy and Procedure

We do not accept returns on wax melts and reed diffusers plus any product that contains oils. This is due to the nature of these products and the fact that they can be tampered with.

For goods that are faulty ,contain incorrect items, or damaged products,we will make arrangements to replace your item(s). All items need to be reported within 7 days of delivery. Please do not dispose of any damaged items as we will endeavor to arrange to rectify your order. Damaged items will only be replaced/refunded if the damage was caused by ourselves, if damage occurs while in transit, they will not be replaced.

If there has been no error on our part we will only refund the cost of goods and no delivery charges.

All goods returned must be in their original packaging, unopened and in a re- saleable condition . Return shipping is at the customers expense. Please keep a copy of your postage, as a refund can only be made once it has been received by the Company, items lost in transit will not be treated as returned.
